Fully-equipped kitchens: The kitchens in the apartments were like a chef's dream come true! They had all the necessary tools and equipment, making it a breeze to whip up a delicious meal.
Lack of bathroom hooks: It would be more convenient to have some clothes hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

I booked it many times and recommend. Exceptionally comfortable and excellent hotel, everything was excellent. I appreciated the room with landmark 81 view, the bed was comfy. There were climate control, flat-screen television and a safe box, which was great. The atmosphere created was special. Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering complementary drinks upon arrival and chocolates in our room. the location was perfect, near to great restaurants and shopping. the room was spacious and airy with a beautiful view of the city. the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped.
Although the staff was great, the WiFi was a bit slow and the breakfast selection was not the best. the street noise could be heard at night, but it wasn't too disturbing.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was such an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and had queen-sized beds, providing enhanced comfort. What I loved the most was the option to do our own laundry, which was a great convenience as we didn't have to pack dirty clothes for our trip back home. Additionally, we could even cook our own food in the well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel is located in an interesting neighborhood, with a convenience store, wet market, and food stalls just outside. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The daily cleaning services ensured that the rooms were always fresh and tidy. And let's not forget the rooftop swimming pool, which was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious and spotless, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended delicious local food within walking distance of the hotel, and even helped us book a taxi to explore the city. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight. It offers a breathtaking view of the city and is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Bonus points for the complimentary breakfast, which includes a variety of tasty Vietnamese dishes.
One minor issue we had was with the gym. While it was a good size, there could have been more equipment.
